About Prophet Productions

Prophet Productions exists to serve the Church, missionaries, and Kingdom-focused organizations through cinematic storytelling that advances the Gospel.

We operate as missionary associates, meaning our work is only possible through monthly financial partners or through Pay-It-Forward projects, where the cost of one project helps fund future ministry work for others who may not be able to afford it. This model allows us to serve pastors, churches, and missionaries with excellence—without placing unnecessary financial strain on those already in ministry.

Prophet Productions is led by Daniel Dickey, a filmmaker and creative director who has worked with organizations such as Teen Challenge BaltimoreHope City ChurchEastern Assembly of GodPasadena Assembly of God, along with local pastors and missionaries actively raising support and funds for ministry impact. Our work is rooted in trust, long-term relationships, and a shared commitment to advancing the Kingdom.

We are currently expanding our creative capacity by bringing on Naishawn Clark as our primary editor, allowing us to increase consistency, turnaround speed, and creative depth while maintaining a unified visual and storytelling standard.

Because we are funded through support rather than traditional profit marginsProphet Productions does not operate like a typical production company. We exist to serve, to steward resources faithfully, and to tell stories that matter—stories that point people toward hope, redemption, and Christ.

Daniel

Creative Director

In 2020, during COVID, our church had an urgent need to move services online. We needed to begin livestreaming and pre-recording content—and at the time, I was already making random YouTube videos for fun. I was around 14 years old, but I stepped in to start filming and creating content simply because there was a need and I knew how to use a camera.

Two years later, I had the opportunity to do a “ride-along” with filmmaker Sam Lussier while he filmed a project for Teen Challenge Baltimore. Watching him work up close—how he told stories, how he carried himself in ministry, and how he used film as a tool for impact—completely reshaped how I viewed filmmaking. That experience pushed me to pursue excellence with intention and purpose.

I went on to enter the Potomac Fine Arts Festival, earning a Superior rating in both Short Film and Graphic Design, later placing 6th in the nation for Short Film and 7th in the nation for Graphic Design. At that point, I thought I had my path figured out: film school, then Hollywood.

But that’s not what God had for me.

As I became more involved in ministry, I saw firsthand how difficult it is for pastors and missionaries to afford high-quality media. At the same time, I began teaching History, Health & Nutritional Science, and Digital Media at Hope City Christian Academy, where I now help equip students to think critically, live intentionally, and use creative skills with purpose. Teaching reinforced what God was already showing me—that creativity is meant to be stewarded, multiplied, and poured into others.

Those experiences led me to found Prophet Productions with a simple vision: that pastors and missionaries could receive meaningful, cinematic media for little to no cost, helping them share what God is doing and raise the support needed to continue the work He’s called them to.

Today, my goal is to steward the gifts God has given me faithfully—serving the Church, investing in the next generation, and telling stories that point people to Christ.

Naishawn

Editor

Around late 2021, I began to find a passion in editing. It started out as just something fun I would do on my phone. I would edit anything ranging from video games I played to random shows I liked. At that time, I hadn’t met the man who would change my life yet—Jesus.

Fast forward a few years to July 2025. Around this time, I was given a PC, and that’s what sparked something in me to really dive deep into editing. With this new tool, I could truly begin to express myself through my passion for editing!

Around this time, I was also beginning to take on more important roles in the church I attend, called Hope City Church in Baltimore. This included becoming an assistant teacher for HCCA (Hope City Christian Academy), a member of the tech team, and a missionary! Through prayer and meditation, I truly began to feel that God was calling me to use my passion to bring Him glory. This was further confirmed when my good friend, Daniel Dickey, asked me to partner with him as a part of his ministry/business called Prophet Productions!

Using the things God has entrusted to me, I aim to bring Him glory and spread His Word! That is why I have devoted my time and efforts to use editing as a means to share the good news. Everyone deserves to hear about Jesus and what He has done for us!
